This Depot is located in the Eastern Region of Ghana
- Total storage capacity of 12,000 cubic metres as follows
- Gasoline - 5000 cubic metres
- Gasoil – 7000 cubic metres
AKOSOMBO TERMINAL OPERATIONS
- Product is received from the Accra Plains Depot (APD) by Bulk Road Vehicles (BRVs) and Pipeline (TAPP).
- Pipeline receipt is via 86km 6-inch pipeline from APD through Mami Water depot to Akosombo
- Product transfer from Akosombo to Buipe depot is via six (6) river barges
