ROLE
- Drafting and Preparation of all Legal documents emanating from the Company
- Reviewing all legal documents and making recommendations to the Company
- Ensuring representation of the Company in all legal suits
- Giving legal opinion and advice to the Board and Management
- Ensuring compliance by the company of all requisite statutory requirements
- Managing company litigation by providing legal advice in settling disputes and taking measures to ensure litigation is at a barest minimum
