Harriet Amoah is a Barrister-at-Law of twenty-four years standing with working experience both in the Public and Private Sector.
She has worked in various areas including Public Sector and World Bank Managed Projects. She is currently the General Counsel & Head of Legal Services at BOST, where she has worked for the past fourteen years. She joined BOST in September 2004 as the Manager Legal and Board Secretary till 2013.
Harriet Amoah has a rich legal background and has acquired extensive experience and expertise in the areas of corporate law, court practice, administration and procurement.
She is an energetic, dynamic and committed professional with excellent communications and interpersonal as well as organizational skills, and has a high sense of responsibility and ability to offer dedicated service.
She served on the Board of the New Times Corporation from 2007 to 2009. She holds an LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon and a BL from the Ghana Law School, Accra.
