Ms. Adwoa Serwaa Bondzie is a seasoned business executive with over 15 years of experience in business development, energy transition and strategic management. Adwoa is driven by a deep passion for fostering innovation and sustainability. Through her work, she has continuously advocated for the adoption of efficient and sustainable practices, positioning organizations as industry leaders while enhancing public service delivery. Education
Adwoa’s academic journey reflects her commitment to professional and intellectual growth. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. Further honing her skills, she obtained a Master of Business Administration in International Business Strategy from the University of Reading and a Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of Bath. She also holds a Project Management Graduate Diploma from Algonquin College in Canada, equipping her with a multidisciplinary approach to solving complex challenges.

Career Highlights and Achievements
Adwoa has held numerous influential roles throughout her career, from managing large-scale energy infrastructure projects to spearheading strategic initiatives in business operations. As the first Trading Desk Manager at the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), she played a pivotal role in developing a fuel trading system that generated a record profit of $20 million in two consecutive years. She also contributed to Ghana’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve Policy, expanding the country's petroleum stock from four weeks to twelve weeks between 2014 to 2016. This earned her the BOST Leadership and Dedication Award in 2015. During her tenure at as the Director of Client and Government Relations at NNdlovu and Associates, she was responsible for the turnaround strategy and revamping of Radio Gold and the setup of Montie FM in 2011 and 2012 respectively. In collaboration with the World Bank, she created the Gold Breakfast Series, an on-air development policy communication program sponsored by World Bank Ghana Office to assess some development programs and policies being implemented by Government of Ghana earning her recognition as a transformative leader. More recently, as Product Lifecycle Coordinator at TechInsights in Ottawa, Canada, she managed complex multi-million dollar engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding quality standards.
