On June 2023, Mr. Emmanuel Tandoh was appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Engineering, Operations and Technical at the Bui Power Authority. Born and raised in Sekondi-Takoradi, he had his secondary education at Ghana Secondary Technical School (GSTS), where he obtained his Ordinary and Advanced Level Certificates. Having an interest in Engineering, he pursued a BSC degree in Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He then went on to earn an EMBA degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon.
Spanning a career experience of over 25 years in various fields, Mr. Tandoh began his career as a National Service Personnel at Ghacem, Takoradi where he successfully executed various projects. Simultaneously, he took up a teaching job at the Takoradi Polytechnic School of Engineering.
In 2002, Mr. Tandoh joined Nestle Ghana, where he performed functions at the local, regional and global levels. His contributions and expertise ranges from operations management, project management, technical supervision, turn around management and total performance management.
As a result of his outstanding career performance, Mr. Tandoh was appointed a Board Member of The Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST) in 2021. As part of his Board responsibilities he chairs the Finance Committee and is a member of the Asset & Infrastructure Committee as well as the HR & Legal Committee.
Mr. Tandoh is a Christian and married with three children.
